A lot of clients start by looking closer to central Austin, but once they explore West Austin they’re drawn to Bee Cave for a few reasons:

• Lake Travis ISD schools
• hill country views
• proximity to Lake Travis
• shopping and restaurants at Hill Country Galleria

Neighborhoods like Falconhead and Bella Colinas tend to come up a lot in my conversations with relocating buyers.
