Headwaters offers newer homes with beautiful views and modern architecture, while Caliterra attracts buyers who want a luxury hill country atmosphere with trails and preserved green space woven throughout the community.

One of the things I often explain to buyers is that Dripping Springs can feel surprisingly different depending on the neighborhood. Some communities are designed around a master-planned structure with pools and parks, while others offer more acreage and privacy.

Helping buyers navigate those differences is an important part of the process, especially for people relocating to the Austin area who may not be familiar with the nuances of the Hill Country market.
