Electrical panel was replaced in 2019 with all new electrical work in the home.  An additional panel was installed to run the second home and exterior power. 

There is a lifetime warranty on the windows which were installed in 2012.

The owner spent his career designing luxury green grocery stores, and the home renovations were all done to LEED silver to gold standards.

All sheetrock was replaced in 2019 and is mold resistant Georgia Pacific industrial grade with no paper backing, low VOC.
